Release Notes InCight v4.3.1
Changes:
- Now the link included on the welcome email for new users is valid until the user logins into the app for first time, even if the user completes the password setup, but never logs into the app. Once the first login is successfully the link will expire.
Fixes:
- Unexpected authentication error on first login, it was fixed previously with a hotfix, but listed as part of this version.

Changes:
User Onboard Flow Refactoring:
- Invitations by Admins: Admins can now invite collaborators to join CXO Nexus instances, facilitating user conversion.
- Simplified Sign-Up: User sign-up completion has been streamlined. Users now only need to set their password to access CXO.
- Deprecation of Verification Code: The need for a verification code on first login has been deprecated, enhancing the user onboarding experience.
- Invites Flow Replacement: Admins can no longer create users directly; instead, they use an invites flow to add collaborators.
- SSO Customer Collaboration: SSO customers can now invite collaborators, expanding collaborative capabilities.
- Admin Notification for SSO Customers: Admins of SSO customers receive advisories when new collaborators are invited, ensuring necessary access on the customer SAML provider.
UI Enhancements:
- Redesigned Login, Sign Up, and User Admin Screens: Experience a fresh and modern UI design for improved user interaction.
- Invites Section Addition: A dedicated Invites section is now available on the User Admin screen, providing a centralized view of collaboration invitations.
Email Communication Upgrade:
- New Email Designs: Invites, welcome messages, and others now feature a refreshed and user-friendly design.
- Improved App Loading Experience: Loading the app no longer displays "blinks" caused by URL redirects. The process of establishing the current user, customer, and home page is now smoother, eliminating interruptions and enhancing speed.

Session Management Updates:
- Single Active Session Across Devices:Users can now have only one active session at a time, regardless of the device. If a user opens a new session on a different device, the previous session will be automatically logged out, enhancing security and control.
Enhanced Security Measures:
- Token Expiration Adjustment:Users will now be prompted to re-sign in earlier. Therefresh token expiration has been reduced from 24 hours to 12 hours, contributing to a more secure authentication process.

- Export Data Template Loading Fix for OEMs:Resolved an issue where loading templates on the Export Data feature was impacted when OEMs utilized combined organization IDs.
- Export Data Small File Size Download Fix:Fixed an issue where downloading small files during the Export Data process was experiencing difficulties.
- SAML User Status Determination Fix:Addressed a bug related to the determination of active status for users authenticating via SAML.

Fixed code vulnerabilities identified by Vanta, enhancing the overall security posture of our backend infrastructure.

Export Data Evolved:
- New Hierarchy Selectors:Introduced new Hierarchy selectors for General Ledger (GL) and Cost Center on the Export Data page. Users now have additional options for hierarchical filtering, enhancing data export precision.
- New Hierarchy Levels Columns:Introduced new columns on the report exported for the selected Hierarchy Levels.
- Fields Selector Refactoring:Refactored the Fields Selector on the Export Data page to implement groups. Transaction fields are now presented within expandable groups, same for the available Hierarchy Levels for the customer.
- Enhanced UI:Improved design elements across the Export Data page, providing a visually enhanced and cohesive look.
